1. Coaching Relationship

• By engaging in coaching with Lauren Alkhal, you understand that coaching is a partnership between coach and client, aimed at achieving personal and professional goals. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or any other type of mental health service.

2. Confidentiality

• All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment for coaching packages must be made in full or through an agreed-upon payment plan before the commencement of services. All payments are non-refundable except under specific circumstances outlined below.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies at the discretion of Lauren Alkhal.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available once a coaching package has begun. In the event that either party decides to terminate the coaching relationship, refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus a 15% administrative fee.

6. Session Expiration

• All coaching sessions must be used within the timeframe of the purchased package (3, 6, or 12 months). Unused sessions will expire and cannot be carried over or refunded.

7. Client Responsibility

• As a client, you are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Lauren Alkhal Coaching is not liable for any outcomes resulting from coaching sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided during coaching are the intellectual property of Lauren Alkhal and are for your personal use only. These materials may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission.

9. Code of Conduct

• Mutual respect is required in all interactions. Inappropriate behavior or language may result in the termination of the coaching relationship.

10. Modifications

• Lauren Alkhal Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
